Talor Brown, _____ County
Talor Brown
Guilford County
Hello Everyone, My name is Talor Brown. I am 20 years old and a senior at The University of North Carolina-Greensboro. I am double majoring in Business Administration and Entrepreneurship. To get through college, I work as a manger as Joann’s Fabric and trying to get a design line off the ground. My involvement in 4-H began at 5 years old after my sister joined a few years prior. I do not think I would be considered a “typical” 4-Her by most. I never participated in livestock or agriculture. Instead, my focus was sewing, citizenship, and leadership. Of course, my proudest accomplishment is serving as the NC 4-H State Reporter. I look forward to continuing my 4-H experience with this exciting trip!

Again, I am excited to be serving North Carolina 4-H and I cannot wait to do my part in making the best better.
Sally, _____ County
Sally Dixon
Haywood County
I grew up in the rural mountains of Western North Carolina, and joined 4-H at the age of seven, thus beginning a lifelong pursuit of “making the best better.”  As an Honor Club member, and serving as the 2010-2011 State Vice President; I have benefited from the opportunities I have had through 4-H.  The only college I applied to was NC State, and the only thing better than the sea of red and white in Carter-Finley, is my B.S. in Agricultural Science I earned in December of 2013.  I am currently pursuing my M.S. in Agricultural Leadership at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and will soon understand what football season in the SEC is like.  One day I hope to be a 4-H agent, write curriculum, or do something helpful with research into life skills acquisition and motivation. Until then, I’m an avid Braves fan and champion of frugal living.
